· Fundamental Understanding of Generative AI for C-Suite Leaders: Participants will gain a basic comprehension of Generative AI concepts, particularly how they apply to C-suite leaders. Explore how AI can enhance management practices from professional development to customer engagement and operational oversight to innovative problem solving. Participants will get hands-on experience using AI to support decision making and boost personal productivity. This module is designed to get your team on the same page in their understanding of the power of AI as you begin your AI strategic planning journey.
· Leverage AI for Decision-Making: Improve decision-making by understanding how to use AI-generated insights to inform strategy and operations.
· Awareness of Risks, Ethical Considerations and Change Management: Participants will develop an awareness of the ethical implications and risks associated with Generative AI, including data privacy, reliance on automation, and risk mitigation strategies. Participants will also understand the major change management issues that they will face as AI is integrated into the organization.
· Identification of Industry-Specific AI Use Cases: Participants will be able to identify specific, practical applications of Generative AI within their organization, such as demand forecasting, automated inventory ordering, and personalized customer service tools. This is a much more intensive look at Use Cases than is provided in general staff training.
